How to Cook Baby Back Pork Ribs

Baby back pork ribs are a big favorite of many people. They are often a preferred order in many restaurants, but if you don’t always have the budget to eat out, you can still enjoy this sumptuous dish by cooking it on your own.   • 2 tablespoons of granulated onion
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 racks of baby back pork ribs
  • 3 teaspoons of liquid smoke

Steps To Follow To Cook Baby Back Pork Ribs:

Step 1: Prepare your dry rub by taking a bowl and mixing you granulated onion, granulated garlic, paprika, Kosher salt, and pepper. Set the mixture aside.

Step 2: Take the baby back pork ribs and remove the skin from it. Apply and rub your liquid smoke thoroughly over it. Sprinkle the dry rub you prepared on the surface of your rack.

Step 3: Wrap your baby back pork ribs in a foil and spray cooking spray to keep the foil from sticking to the baby back pork ribs. You can wrap each rack of the baby back ribs with a foil or just wrap the entire tray. Place these in the fridge to marinate them properly. While 2 to 3 hours of marinating the baby back pork ribs is enough, 8 to 10 hours is better.

Step 4:  Get the baby back port ribs rack from the fridge and unwrap. Bring the pork ribs to room temperature and place them on a sheet covered with foil. Set your oven to a temperature of 225 degrees Fahrenheit. How long your baby back pork ribs will be cooked depends mainly on your oven. Remove the sauce from the fridge.

Step 5: Place the baby back pork ribs in your oven and bake it for 2 hours. Two hours is probably enough to make your baby back pork ribs tender but if you want, you can cook it for a longer time. After 2 hours, remove the baby back pork ribs from the oven and add the barbecue sauce. Make sure to properly apply in on each side. Once done, put it back to the oven and bake again for 15 more minutes.
