  • 2 racks rib
  • Salt and pepper
  • Honey BBQ sauce
  • 1/8 cup of olive oil
  • Water
  • Grill

Step 1:  Place the BBQ ribs in a pan. Rub them with oil, salt and pepper.

Step 2:  Flatten the ribs and add water to just barely cover them.

Step 3:  Simmer them in oven. Be careful not to boil them or cook them too fast, otherwise they will lose their tenderness.

Step 4:  After 1 hour, drain the ribs. Brush the grill with small amount of olive oil to prevent the meat from sticking on the grill. Set heat to medium.

Step 5:  Place the ribs on the grill. Cook one side for 5 to 10 minutes and brush with BBQ sauce. Grill again for 5 minutes; add BBQ sauce until you see the BBQ sauce has formed a thick layer. Turn it to the other side and do the same procedure.

  • ½ tsp ground cumin

Step 1:  Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Step 2:  Wash your ribs and pat them dry. Rub them with the seasoning mixture.

Step 3:  Set the grates of the grill to high heat. Place the ribs, cover, and reduce the grate heat to low.

Step 4:  Baste your ribs with your chosen BBQ sauce. Baste once every 20 minutes until the ribs are cooked.
