Ingredients For Barbecue Pork Ribs Recipe:

  • 2 slabs of baby back pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon ground red chili pepper
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons of vegetable oil
  • ½ cup minced onions
  • ½ cup tomato paste
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • 2 ½ tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ¼ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons whiskey
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dark molasses
  • 1 ½ cups water

Steps for Barbecue Pork Ribs Recipe:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. This will prepare the oven while you are preparing the ribs for your barbecue pork ribs.

Step 2: Cut each full rib into half. You need to have 4 half ribs racks.

Step 3: Sprinkle pepper, salt, and chili powder on the ribs. Make sure the pepper is more than the salt.

Step 4: Use aluminum foil to wrap the ribs and bake them for 2 hours.

Step 5:  While baking, heat oil over medium heat and add onions. Cook it for five minutes. Add tomato paste, vinegar, honey, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.

Step 6: Add salt, black pepper, whiskey, garlic powder, smoke flavoring, onion powder, paprika, dark molasses and chili pepper. Stir well. Note: You don’t need the smoke flavoring if you are grilling barbecue pork ribs.

Step 7: Wait for the mixture to boil, let it simmer and wait until it thickens.

Step 8: Preheat the grill.

Step 9: Unwrap the ribs and place them on the grill.

Step 10: Brush the sauce to the mixture and grill it for 5 minutes.
